The foundation upon which Navi Constructions has been built was through transforming failures and negative experiences into fuel towards success. Through these with which the founder and its team has witnessed and walked, a strong bond has been instilled to the company’s core values.
With experiences ranging from Highrise, Midrise, Warehouses & Factories, Residential Buildings, Hotels, Malls, Commercial Buildings, Pre-engineered structures (Structural Steel) and Fit-outs, our team is well equipped to handle any project that which our Clients need to get done.

Ivan Gaston
Ivan Gaston, with experience in handling projects of up to 19.5bn pesos in value is the CEO and founder of NAVI CONSTRUCTIONS. He worked both in the field and in the office for which later on has grown to specialize in Procurement, Commercial, Contracts and Project Management. Equipped with the international experience and standards of blue-chip companies, he has decided to expend all his efforts in putting up the Company aiming to be one of the most iconic and respectable Contractors in the Philippines one day.
Krystalee
Krystalee Labador is an expert in business management, graphic design and digital marketing. She, at a young age, has managed to put up her own business which has flourished into a profitable establishment. Krys, wanting to gain more experience of the real world, ventured to work overseas to be able to first handedly witness how it is in the corporate world in an international establishment. Bagging her experiences, she now works to ensure that NAVI CONSTRUCTIONS is able to reach its Clients and to provide new business to the Company contributing to its near exponential growth.
Dominador
Dominador Eusebio holds a double degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree and Doctorate Degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. His experience in the field of Engineering is extremely diverse as he has exposed himself to being a Contractor, Professor and an Environmental Consultant for large groups of companies all at the same time. He plays a huge part in ensuring that the Company is on the right track by giving out professional advise and guidance that will contribute to the growth of the Company and its people. His unmatched professionalism, dedication and detail oriented-ness is what will help groom NAVI CONSTRUCTIONS to be a step closer towards its vision and goals.
